As an engineer, I was initially skeptical about coaching, but life has a way of surprising us. In 2009, while leading the leadership development program at Ecopetrol, the largest oil company in Colombia, I was introduced to coaching. This experience opened the door to a fascinating new world.
In 2010, I became a Certified Ontological Coach through Newfield Network Inc., a school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Since then, I have dedicated myself to supporting people through life and professional coaching. I work with individuals in both their personal and professional fields, helping them face challenges, embrace change, discover their purpose, and embark on journeys of self-discovery, among other areas of growth.
