The coaching process is a path to growth and discovery through conversations that allow the coachee to reflect, redefine, redefine themselves and move forward. I have designed flexible programs to follow that path because we are all different and our times and movements are different too.

Coaching tailored to you
The process will be developed through a coordinated agenda, with one-hour weekly sessions for an estimated 8 weeks.

Your Coach 15 min a day
Intensive support when you need your coach on a daily basis to advance in a specific challenge in a specific time.

For 6 weeks, we will have 15 minutes of coaching every day, which can be at the beginning of the day or at the time that best suits your schedule.

We will have three one-hour conversations: Start, Follow-up in the middle of the process and Closing.

With this process we seek to develop the skills and habits that allow the coachee to be sustainable over time and achieve the proposed objective.


Coaching through art
Art helps us express what our words cannot. You don't need to be an artist to embark on this adventure.
This program comprises 8 sessions, with a weekly frequency. In each session, we will use art as a tool to open conversations that will allow you to discover how to:

Generate a change in a specific situation you are experiencing.
Coaching in Motion
The ontological approach of coaching works on the coherence between the Body, Emotion and Language. Sometimes, conversations are not enough and we feel that our body does not support us in achieving our goals.
This program comprises 8 sessions, with a weekly frequency. In each session, we will start by listening to the body, we will work on body dispositions through the ontology of movement, achieving changes that allow you to:
